All-inclusive means different things to different agencies. Here it means you pay one price and the ground part of the trip is handled: where you sleep, how you get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train, the tickets, the guides and breakfast every morning. You still pay for your flights, most dinners and tips. We would rather tell you that now than at the airport.
Every package in this list includes, at least:
The table above lists the meals of each package, because they really do differ. Open any package and the Included and Not included tabs give the full list, day by day.
International flights and the flight between Lima and Cusco. We tell you which domestic flight to book so it matches your pickups, and we quote it if you want it bought together. Also outside the price: most dinners, tips for guides and drivers, travel insurance, the optional Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain tickets, and anything personal.
A few routes have their own exclusions, and each page names them. The 2-day Machu Picchu trips include the night in Aguas Calientes but not a hotel in Cusco. The Bolivia routes leave the national park entry fees and the La Paz cable car fares to you. Read the Not included tab of the trip you like before you ask for a quote.
You can book Peru yourself. The hard part is timing. Machu Picchu tickets for a set hour sell out weeks ahead in June to August, train seats follow, and the hotel, the train and the ticket have to line up on the same day. When you book a package, we buy all three in your name the day you confirm.
The other reason is the bad day. If a strike or a landslide closes the road or the railway, your trip is rescheduled: we move the dates, rebook what is needed and tell you the moment we know. You make one call, not five.
A 30 percent deposit by card through a payment link, and the balance on arrival in Peru. Cancel 30 days or more before the trip and you get a refund, except Machu Picchu tickets and Inca Trail permits already issued in your name, and train tickets minus the railway's penalty. The terms and cancellation policy has the full text, and who we are tells you who you are paying.

No. No package includes international flights or the Lima to Cusco flight. We tell you which flight to book so the pickups match, and we quote it if you want it bought together.
No. Breakfast after each hotel night is included, plus the lunches and dinners listed for each trip. Most dinners are on you. The table on this page shows the meals of every package.
No. Tips for guides and drivers are optional and not part of the price.
Yes, on every package that visits Machu Picchu: the Circuit 2 ticket bought under your passport name, with the train and the Consettur bus. Huayna Picchu and Machu Picchu Mountain are extra.
Cancel 30 days or more before the trip for a refund. Tickets and permits already issued in your name are not refundable, and train tickets come back minus the railway's penalty.
Send your dates and who is traveling. A planner on our team in Cusco replies with the package that makes sense, or a custom plan.
