Contact a planner in Cusco

Send us your dates, how many people are traveling and what you want to see. A planner in our Cusco office replies by email or WhatsApp within one working day with questions or a first proposal. We work Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Peru time, which is the same as US Central time for most of the year and one hour ahead of it in US summer.

Ways to reach the planners

The quote form on this page is the fastest route, because it asks for the five things a planner needs before answering: dates, group, interests, hotel level and budget. Email works for longer messages and for sending passport details once you confirm. Chat is available for quick questions, and the number is listed in the contact block on this page, not here in the text, so it stays correct when it changes. Whichever way you write, you get the reply in writing with the itinerary and the price attached, so there is a record of what was agreed.

Our base in Cusco

We are based in Cusco and run trips across southern Peru and Bolivia, with Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca and the treks handled by the same team. The opening hours are in the contact block, drawn from the same record that feeds the legal details below, so they match. Everything is handled by email and WhatsApp: the proposal, the confirmation and the tickets all reach you in writing, so there is nothing you need to visit an office for.

Legal details

The company's legal name and Peruvian tax ID appear in the contact block and in the structured data of every page. We are a Peruvian company based in Cusco, accountable under Peruvian law, and the written confirmation you receive is a contract with that company. The terms and cancellation policy and the privacy policy state how deposits, refunds and your passport data are handled.

What happens after you write

First reply within one working day: questions, or a proposal if your message already had the five things. Second reply: a day-by-day with hotel names, train times and a per-person price in US dollars. Then changes until it is right, a 30 percent deposit, and the dated tickets bought under your names the same day with confirmations sent to you. Nothing is charged before you say yes in writing.

Common questions

How fast do you reply?

Within one working day, in writing. The office works Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Peru time. Peru is on GMT-5 all year with no daylight saving, so a message sent at 9 a.m. in New York arrives at 8 a.m. in Cusco in winter and 9 a.m. in summer, and the reply goes out the same working day.

Can I call the office?

Yes, by phone or WhatsApp during the hours shown in the contact block, in English or Spanish. We still send everything that matters, itinerary, price and confirmation, in writing afterward, so you have it on record. For a first contact, the quote form gets you a more complete answer than a call, because it asks the right questions.

What should I include in my first message?

Dates or month, number of travelers with ages, what you want to see in order of importance, hotel level and a rough budget per person. With those five, the first reply is a proposal rather than a list of questions. Passport details come later, only when you confirm and we need them for the tickets.
